Aynne McAvoy is a recent widow herself, and she decided when she was experiencing her own deep grief pain that she needed to help others through this very difficult time. Her own two grief counselors suggested that she get certified and she has now obtained three certifications for Grief Recovery Coaching. She felt that in going through the grieving process herself, she had something extra in her toolbox to help others.
Aynne stresses that she is a Grief Recovery Coach. Her goal is to help you through the grief fog and all that goes with it, to help you to find a new meaning and direction in your life. She reminds everyone that she is not here to fix you, she is here to guide you.
She is available for speaking engagements regarding her book, I Love You, Goodbye and the associated Grief Recovery Coaching in the Flagler County area.
She is now taking in person appointments at the United Methodist Church at 1520 Daytona Ave, Flagler Beach, Florida on certain Monday afternoons, as well as virtual visits via Free Conference Call, Zoom, Facebook Messenger Video, Doxy.me, and Apple phone FaceTime.
